Punic Circle Comics or also known as Chip and Friends' Comic in Japan is a 3-issue mini series when Ethana Peters asked a comic group to make Punic Circle comics. They said "yes". so the comics were published by Archie Comics and created by Ethana Peters.

Issue 1 of the comics came out in December, 1994 and recieved 91 positive reviews and 9 negitive reviews. Issue 2 came out January, 1995 and had 98 postive reviews and 2 negitive reviews. Issue 3 came out Febuary, 1995 and had 90 positive reviews and 10 negitive reviews.
